Cultural tradition and entertainment
The zodiac profiles, yearly horoscopes, compatibility readings, and birth-chart results on this site are offered as cultural tradition and entertainment, not as fact, prediction, or professional advice. They describe a centuries-old system of Chinese astrology and folklore, and they are meant to be enjoyed and to spark reflection, not to guide serious decisions. Please do not treat anything here as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the cultural and historical information accurate, but the site is provided "as is," without any warranty. We cannot promise that every detail is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of content found here. If you spot something that looks wrong, we genuinely appreciate knowing.
Free classroom and printable resources
Our worksheets, coloring pages, flashcards, decorations, lesson plans, and other downloadable materials are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. You are free to download, print, share, and adapt them in classrooms, homes, libraries, and community settings. All we ask is that you credit ChineseZodiac.com with a link when you share them online. You can find these on our printables and teachers pages.
Embeddable widgets
Some of our tools, such as the calculator and compatibility checker, can be embedded on your own website using the embed code we provide. You are welcome to use them on non-commercial and editorial pages as long as you keep the widget intact, including the small "from ChineseZodiac.com" credit link that comes with it. Please do not alter the widget to remove or hide that attribution.
Everything else on the site
Apart from the freely licensed resources described above, the written articles, illustrations, page designs, and the ChineseZodiac.com name and branding are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark.
